§ 00THESIS

dkta labs — infrastructure for autonomous systems

Agents don't break in the demo. They break in production.

The hard parts are outside the model: execution ownership, permissions, durable state, retrieval that holds under load, evals that don't lie, and observability before the incident. That's the layer this lab builds in — and ships systems to prove.

FIG. 00 — THE OPERATING SHAPE. Durable control across machines, explicit state and trust boundaries, measurable behavior, and deployment infrastructure that makes autonomous work accountable.
§ 01THE LAYER

The hard parts are usually outside the model.

runtime shape  ·  permissions  ·  durable state  ·  retrieval  ·  observability  ·  evals  ·  deployment discipline

These systems exist because real production engagements needed them — not the other way around.

§ 02EXHIBITS

selected systems — rotating evidence

FIG. 01

agentd

durable control for autonomous agents

Agent sessions need explicit ownership, durable state, narrow trust boundaries, and a way to operate across machines.

FIG. 02

extract

structured web retrieval for agents

Agents can't reach current web content — or they hallucinate it. extract returns clean, structured pages, agent-facing.

FIG. 03

tavernbench

a dungeon crawler for agent evals

Production agents fail over long horizons. tavernbench finds out where — before your users do.

§ 03WORK WITH THE LAB
FIG. 04 — ENGAGEMENT: PRODUCTION READINESS SPRINT

DURATION 5 days
FEE $5–15K
DELIVERABLE written architecture brief + build plan

Send the system, the constraints, and what keeps breaking. No pitch deck required.

A small number of engagements per quarter. Runtime architecture, retrieval, eval harnesses, production hardening. Not strategy decks.

§ 04OPERATING MODEL

LAB NOTE

The lab treats agent infrastructure as production infrastructure: explicit ownership, narrow credentials, durable queues and state, observable execution, and deployment gates. Public client contracts stay separate from private operations and held-out evaluation machinery.

§ 05ABOUT
